Four bedrooms upstairs- all fitted with new, hotel quality bedding, and one bedroom on main level (no stairs required). Outside, an ultra-private yard features a HEATED resort-style pool with waterfall, fire feature, seating area, and grill. No additional people staying in the home without permission -Excess trash/recycling: DO NOT overfill garbage/recycling bins. Any illegal activity is prohibited. -GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: We live in a family neighborhood, so please respect our neighbors. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e; yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. -QUIET HOURS: music or noise must be turned down after 9PM. No unreasonable noise between the hours of 9pm-8am per city ordinance: Noise levels over 68 decibels are considered unreasonable (Ord. No. 3912, § 2, 9-28-10). -Any evidence of a party or unauthorized event, including camera footage, excessive garbage or other evidence will result in a fine of $5000, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. NOTES -**Weekly pool and landscaping services scheduled, they will need access to the back yard.
