Hilton Reykjavik Nordica Hotel

One of the great things about staying in this hotel is it’s just a few minutes away from the airport – very convenient for travelers. Upon entering and checking-in, I noticed that their staff was friendly, accommodating, and very professional. Probably one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. I was assigned in a big and very quiet room with an extremely cozy bed, perfect for some rest and relaxation. If you need to buy anything, it is just a short walk to the shopping mall and public transportation is not a problem in the area. Food variety was impressive; it was something we always looked forward to. They should think about having the place re-carpeted as it already has a lot of stains which makes the room a bit dirty. I really recommend this hotel to all of my friends.

Inviting staff and awesome food. Brilliant climate. Pleasant bar. Free parking is very helpful and easy access. Our room wasn't prepared upon entry but they grant us get to to the Relax room for the badly designed so it was fine. The check in was smooth and indeed in spite of the fact that I was an early entry, they were able to suit me. The Official Relax was pleasantly appointed and a unwinding place to wait. Incredible food and refreshment alternatives and attentive staff.Friendly staff and extraordinary food. Incredible bar. Breakfast included with stay each day. Very calm place. With a superb air close the bar. Stopping is very simple. Never had a issue finding a spot. Our room was prepared upon entry.

This property is almost a 45 minute drive from the airplane terminal. We hadn’t kicked off our international data arrange, so we used the directions given by the hotel website to get to the property. The directions were spot on. We arrived at the Hilton fair before 10 am. We weren’t expecting our room to be prepared, so we were prepared to relax in the lobby until it was. Upon our entry, we were warmly welcomed and indeed received nice local treats. Our bags were held, and we were given access to the lounge until our room was prepared. The lounge at this Hilton has the most fabulous views of the city and mountains in the distance. One could easily spend all day just sitting and looking at the magnificent views. We had a pleasant breakfast, and our room was prepared inside an hour of our arrival.

A very nice stay to start our Iceland adventure. The breakfast in the hotel is outstanding! The room is fine but a little Spartan. The floors appear to be heated and there is no thermostat to cool it down in the room. One window opens but just a little and no breeze was possible. The shower works well but there is a precious little counter or shelf space. Of Note-executive Lounge Access is only for a diamond level not hold like at other Hilton’s. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and I had a great run this morning.
