gong restaurant gong, the gangsa restaurant, is open for all day dining and specializes in up-market Balinese cuisine that focuses on fresh local ingredients, herbs and spices. with only limited seating capacity, the gangsa restaurant provides stylish dining for couples or small groups and introduces some exotic Asian flavors created especially for this property. for those who are not food adventure, selection of western cuisine is available on request. 24 hours in villa dining spoil yourself in the privacy of your villa. wide selection of Balinese, western as well as Asian food including Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Thai food will be carefully prepared and delivered to your villa around the clock. all day dining menu and supper menu are available just at your finger tips. just call your Butler for the assistance. dining experiences for unforgettable dining experiences, the gangsa offer accommodation packages including picnic lunch to a hideaway village in Ubud or to the gangsas beach club or a romantic candle light dinner which set dramatically in your villa with candles and flower petals at your private swimming pool. the menu features mix of Balinese, Indonesian and Western cuisine. recommended dining experience: romantic candle light dinner prepare yourself for a romantic interlude under the stars that you will cherish forever. the gangsa candle light dinner will be an intimate experience with personalized service set up in the secluded environment of your private villa.
