Overall this is an outstanding hotel situated in a perfect Sydney location. It is close to The Rocks area and Circular Quay Station. The view from my room was great (managed to get a room on a high floor with harbor views). The staff were very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

I did enjoy my staying there. Perfect location near the Curcular Quay, Opera House etc; it was very touching and made you feel really home when you come back in the evening and found some tender intimate light in your room on accompanying with soft sound of classical music; the breakfast was pretty savoury but in my opinion was slightly overpriced for selfservice. Well, it was not a problem as there were plenty of cafes around. I do recommend Four Seasons Hotel Sydney to stay.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Particularly enjoyed the pool deck & service on a sunny afternoon before heading out on the town. Perfectly located by Circular Quay & The Rocks, and of course, the magnificent harbour.

Beautifully appointed rooms with wonderful furnishings. The bed was like a dream. The staff were very charming. I look forward to visiting again soon.

This is a great hotel - wonderful service and atmosphere, very friendly. Joining the Executive Club is excellent value and views from the 32nd floor are stunning. The spa treatment area is also good - a relaxing and luxurious massage is well worth the extra. Good pool area too.

I was very happy with the hotel and the excellent staff and can highly recommend it. THe lack of restaurants my be an issue for some people but with the wealth of alternatives on the doorstep of the hotel, it was not an issue for me.

Staff very polite and accommodating. Requested a north facing room,... and we actually got one. Thanks!!! Hotel superbly located both for ease of transport, and for safety. We don't have one complaint.

It was what we would expect from a hotel of this calibre, very clean, everything ticks, great service etc, but I do think they could have included breakfast in the price or a more reasonable charge on breakfast. And there were no complimentary toothbrushes which we have had in just about every other place we have stayed.

The level of service was exceptional, as was the facilities. Disappointingly, the request for a nonsmoking room was unable to be accommodated, and their solution was to upgrade the guest into a smoking larger suite.
