The large terrace; which offers stunning views as well as two sunrooms; one facing east and the other west; also hosts a heated area covered in the summer; where guests can exercise in the gym. At the rear of the building is an area in which a little square has been restored back to its original appearance; with characteristic Roman stone paving; a 1930s-style service station and a fountain. In the middle of the square is the shade of a century-old fig tree. Guests can enjoy breakfast in summer; and receptions and events may also be organised in this splendid setting.
