Atmosphere. Parking and access to entry points. Over all, a great hotel. We stay at this Radisson evrey time we travel to Tucson. It's always a nice stay and the kids we are visiting there have a great time in the pool.

I came here to attend a conference on-site. First, you have to pay for a shuttle from the airport. Room service? One night decent, the next inedible. The rooms are in dire need of updating. I had 1 remote control & 1 bedside lamp that did not work. The pillow cases were dirty. The toilet paper & tissues were very clearly the CHEAP kind (the public school I work in has been quality). The room has many, many signs of wear. And, the most frustrating was "We'll be happy to arrange transportation for you!" only to have my plans have to be cancelled when the rental car did not show up after 2.5 hours and all they could say was "We only make the phone call" Very, very frustrating. And I can't wait to get home. On the positive side, the pool area and outside courtyard are lovely, and remind me of Disney.

We live about 2 hours away from Tucson, and had to attend a wedding, so we decided to make a weekend out of it and booked our room at the Radisson. It was beyond every expecation we had. The room was so comfortable and relaxing. It had a fridge and a coffee maker, a very comfortable writing desk, and the seperate bedroom was awesome! The bed was soooo comfortable my husband who usually can't sleep longer than 7 hours, slept for 12! Feather pillows and a down comforter just made it more dreamy. The hotel is pet-friendly, but we had to pay *.00 for the pleasure of bringing our 6lb. chihuahua. That was the only downside of our stay. The corridor is absolutly beautiful, green and lush with grass and vines, plants and trees. It really seemed tropical. Our view from the room was super, mountians and a golf course. We just can't wait to go back!

In a world with so many choices, I highly recommend this hotel. The room decor is very pleasing and the beds are extremely comfortable. The balcony is an added pleasure. The location is very convenient to the University and fine dining. The pictures in the advertisement of the hotel truly represent the hotel. The staff was great and very friendly. The restaurant was fairly good and the outdoor eating by the pool was a nice. I would definately stay again and look for other Radisson Suites in the future!

Beautiful courtyard area. My key card didn't work well.

Very good accomodations for a family! My husband, my 7 y/o and I found the room comfortable and reasonably clean. The pool was beautiful, and we did not feel cramped at all during a 5 day stay. The gift shop was nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping came every day without fail or prompting. My one criticism was that I found the service in the restaurant to be very slow and I felt that the food was fairly ordinary, yet pretty high priced. Even so, I would certainly stay here again a recommend this hotel.

Having stayed at this hotel seveal times I was very disappointed this time. There was problems with the electricity and plumbing in my room, the elevator was out of order, security was lax and the front desk lacked common sense in waking me one night for no good reason.

I like the small living room outside of the room to stay watching TV or using the desk to be in the computer. That the breakfast was not included because of the lower rate they should have at least continental breakfast included. It is a great hotel I really liked it.

Staff was great! We arrived in the dark and they stayed on the phone with us until we knew how to get to the hotel. Everyone loved the grounds. The pool is huge and spectacular. The restaurant was always busy, but never lacked for fresh food and courteous staff. Lunch by the pool was a nice treat. The room was huge with two separate vanities, two TVs, a desk, a private balcony. Easy access for the wheelchair. Nice touch of coffee or lemonade in the lobby along with fresh fruit. Would recommend to everyone.

Great location, shuttle available, clean room, beautiful grounds. I would have liked a free cocktail hour and breakfast - breakfast is not included and drinks/snacks are only 1/2 off.

"Simply put: outdated despite the ""remodel"". The room was very poor, not very cleand and had serioius noise issues from neighboring rooms. We could have done much better for the money we paid."

Large size. Pool was dirty floating plant parts. Good hotel for the price.

It was beautiful! The sleep number mattress. The view was spectacular! There was a server in the restaurant named Rosie who was just a delight.

It was very quiet, nice TV in the bedroom. Rooms need to be updated/remodeled. Overall I enjoyed my stay. The room was comfortable and clean, but needed to be updated. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful, but my room was almost out of toilet paper, and when I called housekeeping repeatedly to get more, no one answered. I left a voice message which was never returned or responded to.
