The location was very good, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was very good and the beds were great.

Booked hotel to stay while on a trip down to Texas. Convenient location, but will not stay here again. Rooms were dirty, linens and towels were stained or not washed. Continental breakfast did not have very many choices and the hot breakfast options tasted terrible. Only positives were the friendly staff and I could take my dog.

we arrived at our room and left to go eat and shop. when we returned i noticed a bug on my pillow. my husband confirmed it was a bed bug. we checked further and the pillow was full of bugs. the sheet had blood stains on them where someone had been bitten and they had not even been washed! we called the front desk and were told there were no other rooms, but got a call back later and we were moved to another floor. my husband and the manager checked the bed, it was free of bugs at that time. the next night though there was a bug in the bed and my husband was bitten. our room was only cleaned twice in the four nights we were there. the elevator did not work half the time, the pool man informed us that the pool had been pooped in, but there was no sign saying we should not swim. the water was so cold you could not swm in it anyway. management kept saying the would "make it right" i don't know how they could, but nothing was every offered anyway except to stay there again and that is out of the question.. we wanted a nice family vacation, but all we got was bugs and angry consumers!!! just hope we didn't get the bed bugs in our luggage!

This hotel is conveniently located to the key Cordova business area. Dining is somewhat limited, but shopping areas are abundant. Overall a good value.

The location was great and the breakfast was great as well. Outdated! Old furnishings that were worn out. This hotel is in a great location. The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choices. The staff was very nice and helpful. The furnishings were outdated and dingy unfortunately.I stayed on the third floor and it was smelly! Ok for the price.

My stay was short the only thing I see wrong is that it is time for new chair and let out couch in the living room area.

The Hotel did not have good service, We orderd a non smoking room they gave us a smoking room. The House keeping was not good they did not clean up our room when we left the room. The Manager was told about it and he did nothing. Not a plesent stay.

This hotel was in a great place for ease into Memphis. The people were nice, however their were many problems with the building. Air conditioners that didn't work, mildew or mold visible on the walls inside our room, and the sofa should have been on the curb for garbage pick up.

We stayed here one night. I wanted something not horrific and with internet access and this provided that. It is worth nothing that although there is an Ethernet jack there doesn't seem to be Wi-Fi except in the lobby area. Also the room we were in had a table by the Ethernet jack but no power outlet nearby, so I had to run my laptop cord sort of far. The place is a little old feeling but is pretty clean. I'd stay there again."

I stayed at this hotel 6 days and 5 nights. I enjoyed everything. The staff is great. The hot breakfasts are excellant. The facilities were always clean and well equiped. Housekeeping staff was also quite good. Management wanted to be sure that you had everything you needed. I will definitely be staying there and at other Quality Suites again. Thank You!
