I was not crazy about this hotel. The location was not what I expected. It was also a motel (access rooms from the outside). The room was clean but slightly outdated. Outside the room was dirty. There was absolutely nothing to do there. The computers were not good. I couldn't get onto the internet for nothing.

Very nice breakfast mostly very friendly staff. Nice and clean. Pool timenot posted on door, very bosy get out now,10:40 jump & I'm 61. Except for the very demanding woman at the pool, the staff was nice and the breakfast very good ..rooms were comfy, could use a second chair and a handle on closet.overall enjoyed the stay.

At some point the Suite door had been kicked in, causing irrepairable damage. The carpet was filthy with a bowling ball size hole in it. House keeping puts dirty linen back on the beds and your food mysteriously goes missing. Then to add insule to injury, management doesn't respond to complaints. I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS PLACE GOT A THREE STAR RATING. APARENTLY THE FOLKS WHO RATE HAVEN'T STAYED HERE. NOT WORTH THE GOOD MONEY YOU PAY TO STAY. BEWARE....

I went there with my family of four including 3 years old boy. Staff was friendly enough, location is perfect, room was clean, the only thing what disappointed me was the equipment in the room. Everything was very old and barely working. For example if you need a fridge to put in baby food choose another location or use common fridge in the hotel's kitchen. Not very comfortable as you can imagine but everything else was great.

The room was bigger than I expected and very clean.

Sunrise Suites in Tinton Falls, NJ must be under new management. The room was never cleaned, dirty towels were removed but not replaced until specifically requested. No detergent available for laundry,so we went home with a mess of dirty laundry, wearing some things too many times. Complimentary breakfast did not always have available all items promised. Sheets were only changed once during a stay that lasted 4 nights. No replacement of amenities such as coffee, soap, shampoo, etc. When we reported all this at checkout, they promised to get back to us in 2 or 3 days with the possibility of some sort of "satisfaction" or "comp". We still have not heard anything. Any chance of some sort of partial refund? Credit won't do it since we may not want to go back there again!

I stayed here for a business trip and found that it was great for my needs. A large room, a quiet environment, a free breakast and a 24 hour business center. The front desk staff was very helpful--they not only gave me directions to the client site, they also told me alternate routes for my trip home. Much appreciated!

Very large and spacious rooms. You have to go outside to get to most rooms, although the walkways are covered. Very nice hotel with large rooms that feature a microwave and fridge. Our room had a living rooms with a sofa-bed, desk, desk chair, TV, microwave, and fridge, and a separate bedroom with the beds and a second TV. A hot breakfast is included which, while by no means gourmet, beats most hotel free breakfasts.

This was my 2nd stay at this hotel. At that time it was very run down. Now after new 2 years, it's the same. Just about everything is poorly maintained. My bedroom door wouldn't close, my room door wouldn't open without throwing your shoulder into it (it looked like it had been kicked in at one point), mold in the showers, clogged toilet, outside doors didn't lock, broken cable TV outlets (on both TVs). Plus all the washers and dryers were used by a company washing uniforms for hours on end. Price was reasonable, but don't expect much.

Nothing. Everything. There was a basketball tournament, no one informed us, kids were unruly up all night, the pool was filthy, food everywhere, no food in the morning, no parking, rude staff, dirty conditions, i will never stay at one of these chain hotels again.

Clean and friendly. Could smell smoke in the room - not good. Brief but enjoyable, friendly staff and willing to help. Would recommend to all.

It was the best. One person at desk had to leave desk no one to cover we had to wait for checkout. Hotel was comfortable enough. Dark rugs. Looked old. Outside of building could use some maintenance. Breakfast was good, but the girl had to be pulled to convey the front desk to direct people arriving for a seminar. She could not help us checkout while the regular clerk had to take care of something upstairs at the seminar. It also pulled her away from restocking the breakfast. Seminar people were coming in, in the way getting coffee and sitting at the tables. She was also on her cell all the time.

Nlean, quiet, good breakfast, nice size bath. Good choice for almost every level of traveler. Met all basic requirements. Excellent location.

Location. The desk staff was helpful but not friendly. I chose the hotel for the hot tub and it was working only once. What a complete let down! After the first two nights my expectations were very low. The hot tub worked sporadically, the front (stone-like) counter in the bathroom came unglued from it's base. The room smelled very stale like old smoke, as did the towels. The shower stall had burn marks and mold spots on it. I would neither recommend this hotel to anyone or stay there again in the future, despite the convenience of the room size.

Free Breakfast. Close to Freeway, shopping, and beach. Cook staff not very clean looking. Tend to stare at female guest. We have stayed at this hotel before. Some of the bad are as follows. The phone in our last room had buttons for the front desk, and for wakeup calls that did not work. A lot of the channels on the cable TV are so distorted by poor signal that it's impossible to watch, including HBO. They do offer a nice free breakfast that includes eggs, a waffle maker that you can use to make your own waffles, bacon and potatoes, and of course coffee. The staff that takes care of the breakfast food include men that look a little questionable and tend to stare at the female guest, but that's something that a quick stare down will put a stop to. The rooms are clean and the beds are fine. For the price and the convenience of being very near the beach, Red Bank and Monmouth mall it's hard to beat. We will probably stay there again, as we simply use it as a place to sleep when we are in town.

They allowed early check-in. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The hotel is just ok. The room was nice. Very spacious. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Prepare to wear sandals in the shower. The housekeeping wasn¿t totally up to par. Continually forgot soap and other amenities.

Exceeded my expectations, and had had some bad reviews. Had to change rooms due to a bad door lock. Made a hasty reservation prior to reading reviews and I was most skeptical. I was pleasantly surprise with the service, cleanliness and quality for the price. I would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was complete with eggs, sausage and the usual other choices. A good value.

The room was very spacious. The tv picture was not good. Great for the money with clean spacious rooms and easy access. I was very pleased and plan to use this hotel again for my February wedding as we have many out of state guests.

Rooms were very large & clean. Although the rooms were clean and nice, the overall hotel could use a nice upgrade. For the price, it could not be beat.

It was close to a major highway. The room was unclean; the TVs did not work well; the staff was a skeleton crew at night and the staff seemed disengaged from their duties. Our hotel room was very dirty (e.g. the bathroom floor had dirt and hair collected around the edges). The sheets provided for the fold out couch were badly soiled and when I asked the front desk for clean sheets they were unable to provide any. There was no housekeeping or maintenance staff available for trouble-shooting after 5 pm.
