The Aire Valley Guest House Hotel Apollo Bay was built on a homestead that dates back to the 1890s. The hotel restaurant was one of the first in Victoria to obtain Green Table status. The restaurant uses organically grown vegetables and herbs from the hotel’s garden after guests place their orders. Guests are served gourmet breakfasts featuring fresh free range eggs from the hotel’s hens daily. Guests can dine either on the veranda or by candlelight in front of a log fire.
