Palexpo is one of the biggest convention centres in Switzerland, offering seven spacious halls and more than 100,000 square metres of exhibition space. Throughout the year, Palexpo hosts corporate conferences, public exhibitions, trade shows and competitions. Movable partition walls mean spaces can be customised to fit the individual needs of any event.
The Geneva International Motor Show is one of the signature events and welcomes more than 600,000 visitors. Palexpo also hosts sporting events, such as the Davis Cup tennis tournament and Concours Hippique International de Geneve show jumping event. Palexpo also hosts events and conferences spotlighting Switzerland's famous watchmaking industry.
The convention centre prides itself on sustainability and operates on hydropower-generated electricity. It also features solar panels, energy-efficient lighting and recharge facilities for electric vehicles. When event attendees need a break, they can enjoy refreshments by the on-site catering company.
Getting there
Palexpo is conveniently located next to Geneva Cointrin International Airport, a 10-minute drive from Geneva’s city centre and Genève-Cornavin, the main railway station. Ample parking is available on site.
