Summary: The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a vibrant neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. Our mission to provide every guest with the most memorable experience imaginable during their time in Denver. To help aid in creating those memories. The CPC encompasses nine unique, private spaces. Eight of the private spaces are individual rooms inside of the main home. The ninth space is adjacent to the main home in a charming carriage home, also known as The Grand Curtis. Whether you're a "Charming Cowboy" or a "Notorious Outlaw", you'll find exactly what you need at The Curtis Park Club. The Space: Upon entering through the front gate, guests will be immersed in the elegance of The Curtis Park Club. Room 1: The Western Allure The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a vibrant neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The Western Allure is the first of nine rooms available in the beautiful space. The one bedroom, one bathroom space is located in the front exterior of the house. Inside the room, guests will find a queen bed, seating area near the fireplace, TV, and bathroom with a shower. Next to the seating area, you’ll find a breakfast bar along with a microwave and mini fridge. Room 2: The Charming Cowboy The Curtis Park Club is a small boutique hotel located in the heart of RiNo, a vibrant neighborhood in Denver, Colorado. The Charming Cowboy is the second of nine rooms available in the picturesque space. The one bedroom, one bathroom room is accessible from the front exterior of the house. Inside the room, guests will find a queen bed, breakfast area near the fireplace and TV, and full bathtub in the bathroom. Next to the breakfast bar, guests will find a charming seating area — for those who like to sit back and enjoy the moment. Room 3: Notorious Outlaw Notorious Outlaw is inspired by everyone’s favorite outlaw — Jesse James. The one bedroom, one bathroom space is one of our larger available rooms. The room is the third of nine rooms and is located in the interior of the house. Inside the room, you’ll find a queen bed, lounge area and TV, and a breakfast area near the fireplace. The lounge area is one of our personal favorites — it’ll truly be a delight for anyone who snags the room. Room 4: Innkeeper's Room - off limits to Guests. Room 5: Pinky's Palace Pinky’s Palace is the namesake of Pinny Mallard, the wife of Curtis Park's historical candy shop owner, David W. Mallard. We didn’t know Pinky, but we can only imagine she was a woman of elegant and fun tastes. Pinky’s Palace is a one bedroom, one bathroom room tucked away upstairs in the interior of the space. The room is number five of nine available rooms. Inside, guests will find a seating area and TV near the fireplace, Queen bed tucked away in the corner, a microwave and mini fridge, and a full bathtub in the bathroom. Room 6: Smith's Crescendo Smith’s Crescendo has been properly named due to the musical accents throughout the space. The space is the sixth of nine available rooms. The room is located upstairs and can be accessed through the interior. The space has a modern, open layout that includes a queen bed, dresser and closet for clothes and storage, and a lounge area and TV near the fireplace. A bathroom with a bathtub is burrowed away near the closet space. Sit back, relax and play a tune or two during the day while you’re waiting for time to pass. Room 7: Captivating Cowgirl The Captivating Cowgirl is the seventh of nine rooms available in The Curtis Park Club. The room is accessible through the interior of the home, located upstairs near the communal area. Inside the room, we have placed a queen bed along with a dresser. On the opposite side of the room, guests will fall in love with the comfortable seating area settled near the fireplace. Feeling a little hungry? The breakfast bar is available for those wanting to order in for the night. If there’s any leftovers, there’s a mini fridge and microwave available for use. The Captivating Cowgirl is a desirable home base for those currently having a love affair with the City of Denver. Room 8: Radiant Rancher The Radiant Rancher is known for the light that pours in through the windows throughout the day. As the corner unit, the room has an extra window compared to its counterparts - hence its name, The Radiant Rancher. The room is the eighth out of nine available rooms. Inside, guests will find a breakfast bar equipped with a microwave and mini fridge, as well as a dining area for two. Nestled in the corner of the room sits a queen bed and wardrobe. The one bedroom space also features a bathroom with shower. Best part? The room has its own private entrance - no need to worry about disturbing your fellow travelers during the night. Room 9: Enchanting Escape The Enchanting Escape is a one bedroom, one bathroom space accessible from the exterior of the house. The private entrance allows those who are more of a night owl to enjoy their time as late as they desire without disturbing other guests. Inside of the space, we have placed a queen bed, wardrobe, mini fridge and microwave. Tired of sitting inside your room while you wait for your day to begin? Step outside and sit down in one of the two chairs available outside of the room. Carriage House: The Grand Curtis Go big or go home - right? Well, you’ll certainly go big and never want to go home after your first night’s stay in The Grand Curtis. Upon entering, guests will be in awe of the home’s natural charm. One of the first rooms you will notice is the hip living room, decorated in a fitting aesthetic to complement the Main Home’s vibe. Inside of the living room, we have placed ample seating for four and a TV near the fireplace. Around the corner, guests will fall in love with the open layout of the dining area and kitchen. Thinking of making yourself more at home? Utilize the kitchen and outdoor grill to create a delicious meal for you and your guests. Flying solo? Feel free to invite any travelers from the Main Home to join! There’s also seating for four outside on the patio, near the grill. After a long day of adventuring, slip into something more comfy or start a bath in the clawfoot tub. Trust us - it’s one of the best treats you’ll have during your stay. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire complex, excluding the manager's unit. Getting Around: For those who do not have their own car, I recommend utilizing Lyft or Uber. There is also a few community share programs for cars, such as Turo and Car2Go. Please inquire within to reserve the available bicycles for your stay. Other Things to Note: **Important Noise Disclaimer** The lot next to The Curtis Park Club will be under construction from Dec 2020 until the end of 2021. Their schedule is unpredictable as some days the construction team will not be on site while other days, they will be working from 8am-5pm. On the days they are working, there WILL be noise interference. We want to be fully transparent with our guests and preface everyone before booking.
