The Radisson Blu was by far and away the best Hotel we have stayed in. The cleanliness and friendly service given by staff was more than we have ever had at previous hotels and the location is so central to everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again.
I have stayed at Radisson Blu Plaza Hotel many many times and have always been happy. This time around I was not so happy with my experience. The check-in and check-out process was very complicated and there was too much confusion around payment etc. My room was very small and also the fire alarm went off at 3.45am in the morning and it lasted for a while.
free drawing pads & chocolate eggs to my kids, early admission to room, all these made me impressed.
rooms could be more modern. but that is being picky.
rooms needed a bit of an upgrade
