For a 5 star hotel a little disappointed , our first room was a little sad. fridge didn't work , heater didn't work , no spare blanket or pillows. We ended up having to change rooms , Peter the concierge was like a knight in shining armour , he took note of the problems straight away and changed our room upgrading us to a harbour view room (very nice) .After that we did enjoy our stay . we think the dining room could use a few upgrades like the toasters and the serving bowls at the buffet , most hotels we have stayed at have the bowls with the auto lids on them making it easier to get to without trying to find somewhere to put lids down and hot condensation dripping everywhere. The staff we found were awesome in every way , polite and there to help if they seen you were a little lost ,I was travelling with a broken foot but they couldn't do enough to help me in every way , WELL DONE TO THEM ALL.
