The staff was very warm and accommodating, and tended to our every need. They were so nice and helpful with everything. They were not only friendly to talk to but also did their very best to help us out whenever we had request. Really comfy big beds and there were useful maps on the walls suggesting trips. The communal area was well stocked, allowing you to cook your own food, as well as an amazing vending machine for alcohol serving a range of delicious drinks for just 100 yen each. We rented bikes from them on one of the days which is a great way to see the city. Everything was as it should be. Very good place for a traveler that come to Osaka alone or with some of friends.
