    Great Hotel!

    There is no complaint except shower water pressure, Internet speed. If I have the opportunity to travel next time, I think I will use it again. Location: Very good. Auckland Central is within walking distance. Sky CIty Hotel is in the middle of the center and even if it is the most accessible hotel, considering price range, there is no problem at this hotel at all. Cleanliness: No problem. Size: It's enough to be alone for a business trip. Staff: I heard that there are Japanese staff, but the small person did not meet. However, since it responds politely, there is no problem. For example, exchange from NZD to NZD is also expensive at the hotel, but at the casino it gives information such as lowest fee at the best rate. Equipment: Hydraulic pressure and line speed of internet are a little dissatisfied. Also, amenity is not so substantial, so I think that it is better to bring it.

    Unforgettable Place

    I was staying at this hotel for 3D2N and I've had the most amazing experience with the staffs. From the hotel restaurant, the hotel reception, and the hotel concierge, every single one of them are amazing. Special thanks to Chief Concierge Pati Start. Upon early arrival, I went to have breakfast while planning a trip to Hobbiton with 3 other friends of mine. With our lack of knowledge we went to the concierge desk to ask for more info. Pat was there and he basically spoon-feed us with more than what we wanted to know. We ended up going to Hobbiton on the 1st day and Waiheke Island on the 2nd based on the itinerary that he had written for us. And the time spent was wonderful. He helped rent us a car, he booked tickets for both days and all within 30 mins. Thank you to the rest of the other concierge team, though I didn't manage to get their names, sorry. Thank you Grand Millennium Auckland.
