First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - Two Twins Loft - Two Twins This 2-bedroom plus loft/2-bath, three-level condo offers 1,700 square feet with sleeping for 6 guests. The bedrooms are on the ground level, a few steps down from the front door. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 26-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and a big double closet. The en suite master bathroom has a tiled vanity with a new sink & faucet and a tub/shower combo with glass doors. There is a deck* with built-in benches off the master bedroom. The guest bedroom on this level has two twin beds, a large closet, and a 26-inch flat screen and Roku TV. A full-sized washer/dryer is in the hall adjacent to the hall bathroom with a tiled vanity and a shower. This unit does not have A/C. On the middle level are the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen has rough-cut granite countertops, a new sink & fixtures, a double fridge, and a glass cooktop with an oven. The dining room has dim-able lighting over the dining table with seats for 6 to 8 and the kitchen counter has 2 bar stools. The living room has a 41-inch flat screen with Roku TV, and a sofa and loveseat surround the flagstone gas-ignited wood-burning fireplace. The deck* off the living room has a table and chairs and a gas barbecue grill* that is natural gas. A loft above the living room is accessed by stairs and includes two twin beds. The unit has access to a garage in the complex for one car and one additional outdoor parking space. Complex Features: The Sunburst Condominiums are located near the Elkhorn Plaza. Golf, tennis, and swimming are within walking distance. Mountain Rides provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley, and Warm Springs. Guests of Sunburst have access to the pools (summer only), saunas, and hot tubs at the Harker Center and Elkhorn Village. The Sunbursts also have their own summer pool and year-round hot tub. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest (even babies) using the pool, golf, or tennis. Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed before your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf are open from May through October (weather permitting). Please note: No pets allowed. We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.
