There is a large multi-storey car park at Lauterbrunnen train station, with trolleys for your luggage and lifts to the station platforms. It is just a 14-minute scenic cog train ride up to Wengen. The trains depart every 30 minutes until 9.30 pm and then hourly. Taxis are available for hire at Wengen train station if required. Chalet Goldenhorn 2 is a popular apartment. Just note that this apartment has limited views. See the photos on the website for details. Also, note that the 2nd bedroom contains 1 bunk bed, 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed under the single bed. There is no washing machine or dryer available for use by guests. But there is a self-service laundromat in the village about 400m (6 minutes walk) away if required.
