The Master Bedroom has a King Size bed (sleeps 2), the 2nd bedroom has a Queen Size bed (sleeps 2), the 3rd bedroom has a Bunk Bed with a Full Size mattress and a Twin on top (sleeps 3), the 3rd floor Loft has 2 twin Size Day Bed Sleepers (sleeps 4), the Greet Room has a Double Day Bed with an 1 XL Twin on top and 1 Twin pull out trundle on the bottom (sleeps 2). The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper (sleeps 2), and we have 2 Twin Size very comfortable Memory Foam folding beds that are also available (sleeps 2).
