Room was okay. Cleaned well. Service was shocking. Being a Saturday night, we didn’t get in until around 3am, only to be woken up twice at 5:30am and 7:30am by the cleaners outside our door screaming, laughing and singing to each other. They were extremely loud and had no consideration for the hotel patrons. We will not be returning and do not recommend this hotel.
The staff are helpful and do their best to satisfy our needs.
I always stay at song when I'm in Sydney. It's in an excellent location and it's the cheapest accommodation of its kind. The rooms are always spotless and the staff are friendly and helpful. The shared bathrooms are a little dated but that's going to be addressed by the renovations. I'm happy to say that other than a few workmen in the lift there was no other indication of the big renovations going on on some floors. I can't recommend this place enough if you want cheap, clean and private accommodation in the Sydney City Centre.
got exactly what we expected basic room with 4 beds and the beds were very comfortable . had an issue with the key not letting us in but the guy at the desk had it sorted promptly .
