I don't know where to start. The whole experience was great check in at the level having a rum punch. Super nice people taking care of all details. Right there you have a self service snack and beverage counter that is always full of sandwiches and deserts and a bar full of premium liquor. My room 909 was great everything is new and super clean the view was magnificent. A minibar, 32 flat TV where i could actually watch Miami channels, HBO showtime at no extra cost. Room service was available and I did use it a couple of times. Had a nice balcony overlooking the magnificent ocean and all its colors. The breakfast a la carte at the o'grill was very good a few steps away you get your towels go to a comfy beach chair or bed and enjoy. A server will be by regularly to ask what you would like to drink. I do tip each and every person who serves me. Others did not tip they were treated the same. Lunch at o'grill - fresh grilled fish with vegetables - also, the marketplace offers an extensive buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner. there is something for everyone! Nikkei the Peruvian/Asian fusion restaurant is excellent. I ate there twice, I did not get a chance to go to the other specialty restaurants because I was tired at the end of the day. On the last day of my visit the general manager Cecilia Sit called me and we got together. We had been corresponding prior to my arrival and she wanted to make sure that everything had been fine. We had a very nice conversation and I thanked her for everything. Did I tell you that I had four picture perfect days with the sun shining a lovely breeze. There are tours and water activities offered. I was not able to participate but I saw people enjoying them. The pools that I visited were super clean. I really don't understand where the bad reviews come from. I had a great time and plan on visiting again. Thank you so much.
