The hotel is in an excellent location close to transport, shops, bars and restaurants. We stayed in room 809. It was very clean and well equipped. I had asked for no feather bedding but all pillows were feather filled. We called reception and within 2 minutes the matter was resolved. All of the staff are friendly. I feel as if I need to give a special mention to Jan. He was so friendly and helpful and was always smiling. I can understand the comments made by other travelers about the noise the hotel is by a very busy intersection. We could hear the rumble of the teams but to be honest, it didn't disturb us very much. I can imagine it's a different matter in the summer months. We were only there for two nights, and traveled using a certain budget airline which meant careful thought was required when packing toiletries. The hotel provides liquid soap and body lotion in the bathroom. There is also a shower gel in the shower cubicle. I'll know for next time and won't pack these items. Only two small additions to the room would make it perfect a mirror over the desk and a grab rail in the shower. There is tea and coffee making facilities in the room plus complimentary water. The housekeeping staff replace the used water glasses. I've stayed in places where once you've used a glass it stays dirty unless you take care of it yourself. Breakfast is amazing. There's plenty of choice and the food is of a very high standard. The scrambled eggs were very tasty and I tried one of the dumplings which was gorgeous. They do vary the hot food options. It was one of the best breakfasts I have ever had. We booked transfers from Modlin airport 40 minutes away with AB Everest. The cost was 100 zloty each way. It was cheaper than a taxi and more convenient than trying to faff about with other transport. The driver was slightly late on our return journey but it didn't affect us too much. Personally, I think this hotel is worth more than three stars. We will definitely be r
