First of all, I'm a regular guest since Eurotel Vivaldi opened. Staffs - especially in the Reception are nice, friendly and professional. Every time I will come to Quezon, I always try to stay with Eurotel Vivaldi because the location is accessible and the staff is friendly. Rooms are nice and clean. We've ordered food outside the hotel and aware that there is a corkage fee. We are expecting that the room service of the hotel will deliver the food in our room since there is a corkage fee. Apparently, it did not happen. We have to pick it up personally in the lobby area.
