Our room was OK, but the bed was suffering from the foxhole effect on both sides, so was not as firm as you would like. The walls also seemed kind of thin for a quality hotel. The breakfast buffet was totally unprepared on Saturday morning, and ran out of coffee, juice, and (believe it or not) forks! Try eating cold scrambled eggs with a spoon! Completely unacceptable. Add the fact that the exercise facility and pool were closed for renovation, and you've got a stay that is best forgotten.
