The Domus Libera in Rome is hidden away in a narrow alley just off the main shopping areas of Rome. The sign is very discreet. It's also close to the Trevi fountain, museums, ruins, Colosseum and Spanish Steps. It's a quiet place away from traffic and offered one of the best breakfast buffets I had during my two weeks traveling in Italy. The rooms are spacious compared to some boutique hotel rooms in Italy. Very modern and clean. The mini bar is fully stocked and everything in it is free. The service was excellent. They gave us maps and lots of great information on what to see and the best times to go. Our laundry was washed and pressed while we were site-seeing, they booked our flights for us and even ordered a private hotel car to take to the airport at 4:00 AM. I would highly recommend the Domus Libera for couples and single travelers. I would stay again if I returned to Rome. They have a very tiny elevator so you may have to carry your luggage if it's too large.
