    Verified Stay

    Very Good

Location is between Central Train Station and Odori. Easy access to the shopping malls via the underground walkways. All within walking distance. Bicycle rental is just below the hotel as well. Room was spotlessly clean and beds comfortable. The staff is extremely professional, kind and warm, genuinely caring about making your stay an unforgettable experience. The room is quite spacious compared to other hotel rooms in Japan. Room is clean and housekeeping service is fast. The breakfast choices were great! There are 3 locations, ranging from sumptuous buffet spread, western and traditional Japanese. The sleep advantage was enjoyable and a thoughtful gesture for guests! The room is not soundproof. It is pretty noisy. I can hear next door clearly, when they are shower or chatting
