Wander around the neo-Gothic palace and its landscaped gardens, then visit Reloj de Flores to snap a photo of the city’s iconic clock partially made from a bed of flowers.

Admire prominent works of classical paintings in Museo de Bellas Artes and browse decorative arts and artefacts at the Palacio Rioja Museum. You can also see a real Moai statue on display at the Museo de Arqueología e Historia Francisco Fonck.

You’ll feel like royalty once you enter the 20th-century Wulff Castle, a magnificent landmark perched overlooking the sea. Browse a collection of well-curated artwork, then peer over the glass-floor balcony to watch the waves crashing over the rocks.

You can reach Vina del Mar by flying into Comodoro Arturo Merino Benítez International Airport or travel by bus or train from nearby cities. When in town, the best way to get around is by metro, taxi or bus.
