Alternatively, you can take the short walk to the beach and lie back on the fine sands. The apartment is legally registered with the Tenerife Tourist Board and is handled by the sole management agent on the complex. Paloma Beach holds a valid licence for tourist accommodation, as required by local laws. The complex itself has several stairs and lifts, providing easy and quick access for the elderly. There is a lovely little bar / restaurant situated near the large, heated pool, and the complex also has a children’s pool area. There is night time security and a lifeguard during the day. There is easy access parking and Paloma Beach is less than ten minutes walk from the town centre. This luxurious apartment has a whole host of mod cons, including a washing machine. There is a durable safety deposit box available for a small extra fee. The apartment has a large TV & DVD player, plus a selection of UK Sky satellite channels (BBC, ITV, Sky1, Sky Sports1, Sky News etc), and there is no extra cost for using these facilities! Beautiful new 3 bedrooms duplex for rent in Costa Del Silencio. It has just renovated, all furniture is new. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 terraces, one of them has view on the swimming pool. The apartment has 2 floors, on the ground floor there is kitchen American style, where there are sofa-bed, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, bathroom and 2 terraces. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (1 has double bed, on other has 2 single beds), bathroom and 1 terrace. FREE WI-FI. The residence has 4 swimming pools, one of them for children, barbecue, football zone and playground for children. Costa Del Silencio situated in Tenerife Sur, 200 meters to the ocean, it is just 20 minutes driving from the airport Reina Sofia; 15 minutes to the Los Cristianos and Las Americas. You need also to pay the security deposit in cash in arriving day 150 EUR, which is to be returned to you after check-out. The check-in time starts after 15:00 till 23:00 and the check-out is from 07:00 till 11:00. If you prefer to check in/out earlier/later it will cost 10 euro per hour.
