Nice Hotel

Great hotel for a solo traveler. Rooms were small but it is very comfortable and clean. Bathroom is well cleaned and maintained. The WiFi speed is great good for streaming some movies. What I love in this place is they offer unlimited coffee/tea. Good for me because I’m a coffee addict. Breakfast is great although it’s not a buffet, It’s ok for the price. Staff were very accommodating and friendly, they always smiles at you, very good if you are having a bad day. The location is great too, if you travel light you can walk 10-15mins to Ueno Station. If you have a spare time you can go the nearby Ueno park, it has a lot of attraction. It has a zoo, museum, monuments, temples and other things. There is a shopping mall nearby too. Overall everything is great. Worth the price.

Small But Neat

Very near to Ueno station and other stations. It is simple but practical and comfy. Tiny room but with all we needed. Comfy bed, a lot of bathroom amenities, a good breakfast (Japanese style, strange but good) and very kind people at reception and breakfast. Lawson's convenience store across the street. Lots of restaurants and shops down by the station. The price reflected the age of the facilities, distance from the station and the quality of the service. That's not to say they are bad, just reasonable for a 3-star hotel.

Far but nice hotel.

The hotel is very far from the station and the central area of Ueno. The room is a bit small. But it's very well equipped and very clean. The washroom is quite spacious especially in the sense of Japan, so overall it's quite good.
