I like Tokyo, I like Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, so the combination of the two is perfect. The rooms are great and most of them have beautiful views. In the lobby where you can check in, you can enjoy the breathtaking views of the city. Sushi Sora is one of my favorite sushi restaurants (I'm sure there are several sushi restaurants in Tokyo that can be compared to it, even if it is no better than those stores, but its convenience is unparalleled, especially when on a business trip. ). The spa is also great and I highly recommend you to have a massage. One disadvantage is that the hotel does not have a swimming pool, the gym is small but functional. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. All bars and restaurants are special.

I had as it were a little over 24 hours in Tokyo at the back end of a three week trade trip. I remained one night at the Mandarin but wished I might have remained longer. Everything about the lodging is immaculate - from the warm thoughtful welcoming after you arrive, to the incredible views from the 38th floor check-in. Not to specify the perfectly planned rooms and showers. Make beyond any doubt you completely utilize the concierge. They go over and past to assist you investigate Tokyo. As I specified I had exceptionally restricted time. I went through approximately 20 minutes with the concierge work area mapping out what I would see - and feel that I was exceptionally well prompted. One highlight was going at 5 a.m. to observe the fish barters on the fish pier - I exceedingly suggest this encounter. A short time later you'll be able have sushi for breakfast that will ensured be the freshest and best tasting sushi you've got ever tasted!

The staff really cares about every details to make the guest's comfort. They were so lovely and happy to help any query, welcoming and attentive to our needs without being overly attentive or excessive in their presence. We did not encounter a single staff member who wasn’t absolutely charming and helpful. Personally I largely enjoyed my stay. Room is also extremely clean and spacious enough, very beacutiful with great views of the skyline including Tokyo sky garden. The breakfast was also great and fulfilling. We also enjoyed having drinks in the lounge bar and in the bar with live jazz music. Service and food quality was great. Would definitely stay here again.
