Complimentary Cheese/Biscuits & Wine every evening - was generous. Hotel staff were very helpful and did the best they could. We stayed 8 nights and used both rooms - with window and without window. Rooms are overpriced and very small, not really suitable for two people. No place to store suitcases. Rooms with Window on the first floor (105, 106) - people from the street were able to look into the room, so we had to keep the drapes drawn most of the time. Defeated the purpose of paying extra for rooms with Window. Also, we could hear the Underground trains at night from our first floor rooms. Maybe suitable for one or two nights - not more. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location across the street from Victoria Station made it very easy to get around London. Just a tip, try 2nd floor and above if selecting a room with a window. Our room with a window had slightly less.
