    Comfortable

After staying two nights in Rome we moved to Westin Excelsior. Rooms were spacious with a classic style and bright lighting which I liked personally though the carpets needed deep cleaning. The quality of sleep was excellent with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom was spacious with two sinks, shower and bath tub which made us at ease thought the amenities were not enough as we had to order tooth brush, comb, and cotton buds which I consider as a standard at 5 star hotels plus soap and shampoo were not refilled for the second night. The only disappointment was the restaurant; there are many really good restaurants within walking distance, and any of those would be a better, and no more expensive, choice than eating in the hotel.

    Nice Hotel

This is a five star hotel, for the most part. But there are parts of the Hotel that have not been given any attention for years. We were first put in a small room on fifth floor with a terrace. There was mildew on the bathroom door. The water pressure was non-existent. The carpeting and curtains were ancient. We were able to change rooms after 3 nights to a second floor room, which was much larger, updated , no mildew, and great water pressure in the shower. The beds are comfortable. The Hotel has history and a good reputation, and I hope that soon all the rooms will live up to the standards that was set by that history

    Excellent Hotel

I will start with a great location on Via Veneto. Prestige in itself. Outstanding service from the entrance, you can feel the luxury. Fantastic service at reception. Apartment excellent, huge. Luxuriously decorated, richly decorated. Full of splendor. The apartment is warmly decorated, cozy and you can relax. Private service at the highest world level. The breakfast service is excellent, you can taste everything your soul desires. A huge plus of what does not happen often is the juice, even at 5 star hotels it's a problem with it. On Hop Off bus system to see the major sites in the city. Great place to stay if you have limited time for sightseeing. I would recommend.
