After reading negative other reviews, I was a little apprehensive before. we arrived. However, after been greeted by very friendly staff on front desk, room was lovely and clean, comfy bed, breakfast in the morning, both continental and full english, buffet style, waiting staff polite as were bedroom attendants, can't fault this hotel for the price, Although parking makes it a bit higher at 8 pound a day mon to fri and 10 pound for each sat and sunday. Location is great, 15min walk onto seafront and beaches. would definately recommend and will be going back
