1. Have to provide more training especially communication to the foreign housekeeping staff 2. Bad reception of certain TV Channels 3. Have to replace the safe box. No handle to open the safe box after unlocking
the curtain had holes and the sofa cushion was shabby. nontheless, the room was big and jacuzzi was a big win. not to mention the beautiful sea view. the buffet breakfast was good, not too much choices but they tasted great. overall, i had a reaply nice time there.
service very slow. check in time 2pm. but when i come at 2.15pm the room is not ready yet. the receptionist ask me to wait for another 15minutes. then when i decline to wait, she change the room and give room 3705 as replace which is i think was not in good condition,water float near my bed.so bad experience.
