    Great Service

The Hotel service was really awesome, The room so clean and great. The location was really fantastic, the restaurant has a good ambiance. The best I liked in the hotel was the garden, so beautiful. I love the beautiful spots around the hotel. The location was really good to do jogging. I love the trees around the hotel and what I do most was the hotel was a classic hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Thank you!

    Simply the Best

It has a well-landscaped and well-maintained outdoors with well-designed homey interiors. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. The buffet food was excellent. There were ample food choices and the foods were delicious. We had buffet meals in Le Chef several times and it was always satisfying. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming however the reservation and sales team need significant improvements in communicating promptly and accurately to clients. They seemed inefficient. Overall, we had a great stay in Baguio.

    Elegantly Beautiful

The well known hotel at Camp John Hay is really something. They have courteous guards, receptionist and housekeeping. The Hotel is really sophisticated and u can feel the air of elegance there. Our room which was a superior room with forest view is really big, clean and relaxing. You would really get your money's worth. The Manor is near the outlet stores and commissary well known brands are showcased there. Its also near the Chocolate de batirol a famous resto that serves one of the best chocolate drink. The currency exchange rate there was low. So, if u need to change foreign currency do it somewhere else. It's not for backpackers who are budget conscious because it's a bit expensive.
