Fantastic hotel, self described as a “a paradise retreat for adults”. Beautiful location, better than being in Karatsu itself actually. They offer kaiseki dinner options but opted to eat round the corner at the local yakitori resturant which was fantastic for us. The hotel, gardens and rooms are impeccable. the massage and onsen were really good too. Only wish we’d stayed here are extra night it was that good.
