I arrived at 11pm and had trouble accessing the room key as I could not see the lock box numbers in the dark. Also took a while to locate the lock box. I did not have an opportunity to speak with anyone during my stay due to the hours of arrival and departure. I would have liked an opportunity to have breakfast. I did not have a chance to dine at all. The room was nice and clean and I really enjoyed the spa (much needed). I would stay again.
we where very pleased with our room ,everything that we would want was there ,and the bed was very comfortable and the staff very friendly ,we would stay there again anytime, William
Hotel was great but there was a wedding on in the functions rooms which is directly below the accommodation, and the noise was extremely loud making it very hard go to sleep
