Location the pool and the people that work there it's the only thing good about this resort. The rest live a lot to be desire, the rooms a small and old, need a face lift, the gleaning and dusting of the rooms needs improvement, the 2 weeks we where there the balcony was never swept when we arrived we found cigarettes buts, when we left the cigarette buts still there. Better value for your money elsewhere
loved that the hotel was at the quiet end of Patong beach, but you could walk to the action within minutes. The food at the hotel was great- buffet breakfasts and dinners, with lots of choice, but there were also dozens of other eating options very close by. There were 3 different pool areas to sit around and swim in, with nice big towels provided. The front desk staff was very helpful.
