Staff. The bed was great. SO soft I loved it, but check in was a night mare. The rules were bizarre. $25 if you checked in an hour or less before 3pm. $50 if you checked in more than an hour before 3pm. $25 if you check out after 11. You can ask for let check out for a PRICE! The room was nice, I had asked for a specific room, I got it, but the rules were ridiculous, and it took 35 minutes to get checked in even though I had paid for my reservation and jus needed to get my key....nope
