Radisson Hotel Brunei Darussalam Hotel

This was a awesome inn for staying in BSB. They organized for a car to choose me up on entry for a little free, which was awesome and lovely basic due to arriving very late within the day. So also, they dropped me back at the airplane terminal 90 minutes some time recently my flight - there was no ought to be more cautious than this, so I appreciate that. The staff were incredibly accommodating and neighborly all through. The room was spotless. Breakfast was lovely great and a few things pivoted day by day so you got a few assortment. There was no bar or lounge sort area, which implied that the eatery was very well attended within the evening and thus a not too bad put to spend time within the evening. If I had a feedback, it would fair be that the inn was exceptionally flat and corporate. It would have been decent for it to reflect its area at slightest a small.

The experience is absolutely upscale, but my most lasting memory is the buffet breakfast in the morning and their famous chocolate pie. Staying in a hotel like this is an experience by its own. The service, room structure and the friendly environment is outstanding. The Hotel Radisson was charming, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. The food and service were outstanding. Highly recommended place to stay.

This centrally-located hotel has nice, modern rooms that are well-appointed. Staff are very friendly, helpful, & well-organised. There is a very well-priced restaurant with a great menu. The gym has a good range of modern equipment, all in working order. The pool isn't huge but certainly quite sufficient & everything was well-maintained. Overall, a very enjoyable stay & I'd definitely book again if I come back to Brunei. Overall, the hotel is perfect and just needs to maintain the quality of service they provide.

I stayed at the Radisson on a recent trip to Bandar Seri Begawan and was very pleased I chose this hotel. From the point of biking until I was dropped off back to the Airport, it ran like clockwork. I made use of the optional car pick up and drop off arranged via Avis and it was well worth the small fee charged. The hotel staff could not have been more pleasant, helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was well-appointed and comfortable. I booked the club level and the Club lounge was a very nice. Keep up the good work and the excellent standard.

Ideally situated close to the main mosque and waterfront which were both walk able in 10 mins. They have a well-appointed room, super comfortable and a good-sized bathroom. We ate breakfast and dinner in the brasserie. The buffet was excellent with a wide choice of both Asian and Western food. They have good service and a nice pool. They staff were very helpful. We had an enjoyable and relaxing stay.

I am not surprised this is the best rated hotel in Brunei. I stayed here for 3 days in Jan 2018 for a business trip. Right from the time I was received by the hotel taxi (outsourced) till the time I was dropped back (I took a hotel cab back to the airport too) - I was pretty impressed with how professionally this hotel is run. Note, Brunei Bandar Seri Begawan is a quiet and small town don't expect the jazz you see in big cities. Its pretty laid back and slow in all aspects. So you will be even more surprised how prompt the staff is out here in the hotel and how well this place is run. Check in very quick and prompt. I was offered a free upgrade to a deluxe room too. Breakfast nothing spectacular but met its purpose. Good clean setup, staff was attentive and fast. Dinner buffet tried it once, nothing spectacular again, but good tasty food with a choice across local, asian and western options. Housekeeping very prompt. Room was serviced as soon as I had the 'Service My Room' light on. Candik Spa if you are tired from a long flight - do try to Candik Spa they are on level 1 and offer good massage services to relieve travel fatigue. (Note - you are in Brunei, so as per the law you only get same sex masseurs). Check out I requested for a delayed check out, which was immediately confirmed. They were proactive in asking if i needed an airport drop. I was late coming back to check out, but they has my bill ready and the taxi was on standby for a prompt check out. I didn't try to sauna or swimming pool. But it looked quite busy so it must have been pretty good. If you plan to visit Bandar Seri Begawan, look no further, this is the only place to stay.

There was no bar or lounge type area, which meant that the restaurant was quite well attended in the evening and therefore a decent place to spend time in the evening. If I had a criticism, it would just be that the hotel was very bland and corporate. It would have been nice for it to reflect its location at least a little.
