Good points - location ideal, room nice and clean, bed comfortable, staff friendly, good service in restaurant. Disappointments - bed on castors kept moving each time we went near it, continuous noise in room at bedroom window, husbands meal not up to standard but they did not charge us once he complained. Overall we would use this hotel again.
no issues at all. great location and staff were very friendly and helpful. rooms were clean and contained everything you needed for a short stay. the only minor problem was the lifts which were a bit temperamental at times when trying to go up and your card wasn’t been read quickly
loved the location and the room but felt cleanliness could be improved. Whilst the room was good the hotel in general felt in need of an update.
