We arrived, from the US for a wedding in Dornie. Our train, from Inverness was an hour late, due to a landslide on the tracks. We got to the hotel about 9pm, and were met by really nice people. Our room was perfect, quiet, and the following morning our breakfast was great. We had several hours to wait, before the lodge in Dornie where we were seeing the rest of our group was ready. They graciously allowed us to leave our bags-4 large ones-in the office so we didn't have to drag them with us. We decided to walk around town, however, it started raining, so we ended up sitting in a coffee shop for a few hours, then at the hotel until we were able to take a taxi, which they called for us, to Dornie. The employees were very patient and helpful. My only complaint was the short step into the bathroom, which I seemed to trip on repeatedly.
