We stayed for 4 nights for a birthday getaway. The hotel is in a wonderful location for exploring the city - it is very close to Parliament, St Stephen's Basilica and the shoe memorial on the Pest side of the Danube. There are also lots of restaurants and bars very close by. The hotel is lovely - the rooms are spacious, perhaps a little quirky in decor, but spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We particularly liked the bathroom with the feature bath tub and excellent shower. We were lucky enough to have room 405 with a beautiful view of Liberty Square. The staff is very welcoming and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. They are all charming, but we would particularly like to thank Bobby on reception and Viktoria who served our breakfast. We highly recommend a visit to Budapest, which is a very interesting and beautiful City and if you are going to visit, we highly recommend staying at the Iberostar Grand Hotel. Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.
