    Quite Busy

Quite busy. Flow of cars and people frequently blocked the side walk and entrance to the hotel. The room was adequate. The pillows were small and only three to a bed. Terrible TV reception only had two or three channels. The room was clean. The food selection was nice but totally overpriced. 26 dollars pp for the buffet. The gift shop/convenience store was equally over priced and the selection of foods looked several days old. Some of the staff were cordial and inviting, others seemed distant. Probably would select another hotel next time. Not a terrible stay but I can do better. Overall, this was a pleasant 2 night experience. The location is great, couple blocks from the Capital Building and an easy walk to the Postal Museum and other sights. The most disappointing part was having lunch the first day at the Article One American Grill. Our host was deferential. The food was underwhelming. Neither my wife or I finished our meals, and later regretted eating what we had eaten. The table at which the host seated us was filthy with dried crusty

    First Time Stay!

First time at the hotel and was pleased. I wish there were stairs to the lobby because we were with a large conference and had to wait for the elevator. Other than that very happy with everything. Food was good including breakfast buffet and light dinner we had. Seamless experience from valet parking to check-in and check-out. Hotel staff was courteous, downright friendly! Food from the restaurant to that which was provided in meetings was excellent! Really, an outstanding experience. I really appreciate the Hyatt brand.
