This was one of the nicest hitelsI've stayed, not onlyi. terms of the room size, and being immaculate, but the staff from check in to checkout, and through my entire stay were efficent, helpful, pleasant, and went above, and beyond what I expected, and I expected really great service. The room was fantastic, very large room (two queen beds), was cleaned immaculately, and had a beautiful river view. The conciere service was wondetful, . They were prompt, pleasant, efficient. and very helpful, and I need additional help because I'm handicapped, and not one staffmembet mad me feel as if I was a 'bother' ad so many other hotels have done. They recommended a late night place to eat with live music that had some of the best food, and music. I also as about a 'fine dining' restsurant, and there is. Ruth Chris' Steakhouse insude the hotel. The steakhouse had a Sunday three course meal special for a very reasonable price, and both the service, and the meal wee on point. What made it even more special (and romantic) was was the beautiful view out the window watching the sun set over the St. Louis Gateway Arch, and grounds. Both Check in, and out was easy, fast, friendly, and efficient. The only thing this hotel lacked to make it completely perfect was a pool. Parking is a little on the expensive side, especially if you use the valet.
