    convenient, unhygienic, uncomfortable

we liked that the hotel was close to downtown, however the particular location of it was in a poor neighbourhood with a lot of dodgy people. on our first night we went out just past 10pm and decided never to do that again. the room was very basic, I was woken up several times by the person on the floor above us walking around and also from a flashing light beside the lampshade (which looked suss to me). I don't know how often they do a proper clean out of the room because numerous times I found long dark hair stuck in the shower or in the bed covers.
