    Excellent Choice!

As a happy coincidence we noticed that the hotel offers a free Coach/Bus service to a from the airport. The service stops off at Haneda Terminal 1 and 2 usually every hour. The service operates from the bus pool area a slight walk on the other side of the road from the inter-terminal bus stops. The hotel from the exterior looked to be fairly dated, but they have a nice warm lobby with extremely friendly staff. The room itself was very clean with amazingly comfortable beds. We also booked the breakfast but alas overslept and were unable to try it. The staff were very accommodating as we overslept and ran past the check-out time by 30 mins, and did not charge us. The rooms were also large and great value for the rate we were paying. The local area is a nice refuge from the intense bustle of Tokyo city center, which is about a 30 mins train ride away. You'll find some nice local groceries and restaurants in case you need a bit of shopping or something to eat. Would highly recommend the hotel.

    Out Of Tourist Areas

The location is pretty good just 5 mins walk from the nearby station, Lawson convenience store across the road and lots of restaurants nearby. It was very easy to reach Tokyo Station and other major tourist spots we wanted to visit. A very nice hotel, the room was a really good size for a hotel in Japan. We had space to walk around the bed, and we weren’t tripping over our luggage. The breakfast was decent. Really close to a JR station, 5 minute walk. It is Japan, many people smoke and the hotel does not have a designated area. It seemed everyone just hung out at the front of the hotel flicking ash and cigarettes to the side.
