Having stayed there again last week as Privilege guests, I wanted to update the review I posted two years ago. The customer service standards have not changed - all team members offer exceptional service standards, are engaging and welcoming, particularly the team in La Vita e Bella where we ate on four of the seven evenings and daily for breakfast as we were Privilege guests - the most genuine and engaging of teams, making one feel important and welcomed with due care & attention given to all requests. Some real characters work at the H10 Conquistador, and it's a team that makes the holiday even more enjoyable. There is now a Steakhouse called 'Mensey' as an additional dining experience. It's well worth a visit, the food is excellent and the service just as good. The food quality and variety in all the restaurants is still excellent, and the service just as good. Great to see that these standards remain just as high as they were when we visited in May 2016. As Privilege guests, we regularly saw other Privilege visitors who had just arrived having a sit down talk & a glass of Cava with the Privilege host - as we'd arrived at the hotel at 22:30 on the Friday, we didn't have that opportunity but it would have been nice to have been invited to do so on our first day. I know we'd stayed as Privilege guests before, but it's a new Privilege team since we'd last stayed at the Conquistador so they wouldn't have known that - an invitation would have been great to at least acknowledge our presence as Privilege guests. There is continuing building work going on at the hotel on the whole of the 6th floor - one of the Privilege floors. This means that access to the Privilege terrace is via a temporary entrance next to the 6th floor lifts.
