We had booked this hotel on the internet where it looked spectacular,we drove a long way. When we arrived at the hotel we noticed the grounds were not maintained, weeds were growing rampant the gardens were not maintained, exterior of the hotel was tired looking.Inside the lobby was welcoming and air conditioning was nice, since it was hot outside. Our room was on the third floor,no elevator. We opened the door to our room and realized how small it was it was at least 100 degrees and no air conditioning the price for the room(quite high) did not reflect what we were paying for.We were disappointed. and after much discussion with the fron5 desk we were upgraded for the same rate, which was worthy of the monies paid. Our dinner was in the dining room was awesome but pricey. The breakfast which is not included in the pricey cost is at best okay but nothing special, eggs and meats were not warm and selection was mediocre considering it was $40. My husband and I would not recommend this hotel, unless you are an avid hiker and want a decent bed for a lot of $$$.
