    Gorgeous Stay

The hotel is within the heart of the Plaka and central to everything. We strolled to all the destinations. There's an extraordinary housetop pool with a dazzling view of the Acropolis. It was active but was an awesome way to conclude the day. The housetop eatery was too exceptionally decent. The staff was so neighborly and accommodating. They knew we were there for an uncommon event and treated us so well. Everybody talked amazing English. Our room was on the 7th floor. We didn't confront the Acropolis, but at that point once more we didn't book that room level. Still, we had an awesome see and a little overhang. The room had exceptionally decent furniture and was exceptionally comfortable indeed with 36C temperatures exterior. Breakfast was included in our rate and the lodging had an extraordinary small cultivate to appreciate it.

    Great Hotel In Athens

Our room was on the 7th floor. We didn’t face the Acropolis, but then again we didn’t book that room level. Still, we had a great view and a small balcony. The room had very nice furnishings and was very comfortable even with 36C temperatures outside. Breakfast was included in our rate and the hotel had a great little garden to enjoy it. The hotel is in the heart of the Plaka and central to everything. We walked to all the sites. There is a great rooftop pool with stunning views of the Acropolis. It was busy but was a great way to end the day. The rooftop restaurant was also very nice. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They knew we were there for a special occasion and treated us so well. Everyone spoke excellent English.

    Wonderful Hotel In Athens

I'm going to say first off that I have VERY high standards for hotels, especially overseas. This hotel is what I would consider a 'boutique' hotel, and by that I mean that it is in good condition, and has an old world feel to it. However, somethings could use some updating. The bathrooms weren't great but they were clean. The pool (and view from rooftop) is amazing, but it's near to impossible to get a chaise at the pool and it closes way too early on those hot summer days 7pm even before the sun goes down. We ate at the restaurant many times while we were there, and I'm sad to say I wasn't impressed with the service. The wait time for 2 club sandwiches (the day we arrived) made us wonder if they had forgotten us, and the waitress never stopped by to refill our water (we had to ask twice) or ask how our food was. I got the feeling I was bothering them by asking for more water and soda refills for my teenagers. The service at breakfast was good and the front desk is incredibly helpful. There is a very nice street market 2 blocks from the hotel, and we enjoyed that tremendously. We also visited the spa, and the service there was impeccable. If it was possible to give this 4.5 stars I would, but there were a few things that really just kept it from being 5.
