El Cielito Hotel Baguio Hotel

First off, hotel prices in Baguio are really higher than the usual. Hotel rooms start at 2500 for budget hotels. So if you are on a budget, you might want to opt for transient houses instead. But if you are into comfort - free breakfast and sure hot water supply throughout your stay, then a hotel is a better choice. As they say, you can’t put a price on comfort. The main reason we chose El Cielito is because of the location. Staff were courteous and welcoming. Room is clean. bathroom size was perfect unlike other Baguio hotels we’ve stayed in which felt a little cramped up. Also love that the room has a balcony and a view. Basically, you got to pay a few hundred bucks more (compared to neighboring hotels) for a room that’s cleaner, doesn’t feel cramped up , and better breakfast choices. I booked for a queen sized beforehand bed but upon checking in they found out that there’s nothing available. Hallways were noisy in early mornings and evenings. Poor internet connection.

The location was accessible as it was close to mall and to all kinds of local transportation. The hotel was decent, safe and simple. The room was clean with complete amenities. Bathroom was very spacious and updated with great toiletries. Breakfast was satisfying with wide selection to choose from. Hotel staff were accommodating, kind and very attentive. Their service was fantastic and professional that we truly appreciated. The bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep and the toilet paper was very thin. At night they turn off most of the lights in the hallways and it's feel very creepy but it's understandable because they are pro-environment friendly hotel. Bathroom was also very confusing because of the shower system.

A nice, very convenient hotel we have ever been. Our stay was amazing and enjoyable. The ambiance was nice even the weather was great. Good and friendly staff who will greet you at the entrance they're all very cheerful and lovely. Clean room and comfy bed we really have a really relaxing stay. Bathroom was super clean with complete toiletries. Everything was organized. The food that they offer was really delicious and worth the money we spent. Overall the hotel design from the entrance to our room was great. Will surely be back again. The elevator was too slow and needs to fix. The slippers was not soft and not comfortable to use. And the cable channels were limited could be better to add more cable channels. But overall we have enjoyed this place. Continue providing good quality service.

Their renovation made this hotel looks cozy, the interiors are well designed. Love their new facilties as well. Room is clean and complete with all that you need for an overnight stay. Internet speed is superb! Breakfast is worth the price. Will surely go back to this place. They only need to train their employees to have good quality service.
